Classic White Pizza

Outside Table White Pizza

Sometimes it's just about the cheese and the olive oil.    We can't leave it that way because fresh herbs along with the big flavor that Everyday Herb brings make this wonderful classic even better.   Put the fresh herbs on AFTER the pizza cooks so all their delicious flavor comes through.

1 10 to 12 inch Pizza Crust - can be fresh or store-bought
8 Fresh Basil or Sage Leaves
1 Cup Freshly Shredded Mozzarella
6 oz Gorgonzola, pulled apart into chunks
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Everyday Herb by Outside Table to taste

Preheat your oven to 500 degrees if using fresh dough, 425 if using a pre-prepared crust. When your crust is ready to be your base spread the olive oil around like it was pizza sauce.   Top with the cheeses and sprinkle with Everyday Herb.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, being careful at the end to get the cheese bubbly, and maybe some dark spots.    Remove from the oven and place the fresh leaves around the pizza.   Slice and serve.
