A Taco Tuesday Meal

Not just for tacos, and not just for Tuesday! Add this savory blend to any meat or seafood on the grill, or use it to spice up veggie and ground meat sautés in the pan.

Ingredients

1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon Taco Tuesday by Outside Table

Tortillas

Flour or corn tortillas, warmed

Flour or corn tortillas are the general go to in our house, but lately we have done lettuce cups or even just bowls with some spinach for more of a taco salad situation.

Taco fixings

A typical setup in our house includes shredded cheese, bell peppers, spinach, cilantro, jalapeño peppers, sliced avocado and lime wedges.   This is where you make your tacos your own.

Directions

Rinse shrimp and pat to dry.  Sprinkle with Taco Tuesday until coated.

Prepare your taco bar with your favorite fixings!   We like to serve it all chopped up taco bar style and let everyone fix their own.

Grill or sauté the shrimp until done— typically about three minutes.  Chop the shrimp or leave whole.  Serve with your choice of tortillas, or simply toss a taco salad!
