We learned from a friend about this simple Bok Choy side dish. It's an unexpected great add to any dish!
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 bunch Bok Choy, sliced down the middle lengthwise, or quartered for larger pieces.
1 tablespoon Everyday Herb by Outside Table
1 tablespoon Weekend BBQ by Outside Table
Drizzle the Bok Choy with Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Everyday Herb for a spicy savory touch, or use Weekend BBQ for spicy but sweet finish. Sear in a pan or on a hot grill until just a little tender but still crisp. Great by itself or served with another favorite dish.
