BBQ Chicken Skewers by Outside Table

Our friend @thesaltycooker whipped up the perfect summer duo: easy-to-make BBQ Chicken Skewers and tangy Bacon Corn Salad. The blend of heat and sweet has been a hit at our table and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at yours. 

Tip: Marinate the chicken in advance, so when guests arrive, all you have to do is throw the chicken on the grill then, relax and enjoy a backyard treat with family and friends. 

Ingredients for Marinade

1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Weekend BBQ by Outside Table
2 limes, juiced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
*2lbs chicken tenders
*1/4 cup Sunday Sauce by Outside Table (reserve for basting the chicken while grilling) 

In a bowl mix all of the ingredients together, add the chicken tenders. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Skewer the chicken and grill for approximately 3-4 minutes per side. When you flip the chicken, baste the chicken in the Sunday BBQ Sauce.

Serve right off the grill with Bacon Corn Salad and enjoy!
