Everyday Herb Chicken Wings

Everyday Herb is perfect for making simple, delicious chicken wings. We like to trim the wings into individual pieces – but you can also put them on the grill whole if you like.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings, about 1lb per person

Directions

  1. Fire up your grill. While it heats up, trim and dry the chicken wings and liberally toss with Everyday Herb – one tablespoon per lb of wings.
  2. On the grill: Place wings on the grill for about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to turn the wings so they get even color. If you're checking internal temp, you are looking for about 155 degrees before removing from heat.   Unless you are cooking wings consistently and have your timing nailed down, a good instant read thermometer is the key to great wings.   Serve immediately.
  3. In the oven: Cook wings for 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees until their internal temp reaches 155 to 160 degrees, turning them often to get even color.  A good instant read thermometer is key to get the temp just right.  These are at their very best hot off the grill.   Serve immediately with ranch, blue cheese dressing for dipping if you like.    Sunday Sauce is also great for dipping!
