Roasted Chicken with Everyday Herb

This technique works for just about any cut of chicken or even a whole chicken.  Just roast to 155 degrees internal and let it rest for a few minutes.

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.   Use the convection setting if you have it.

Pat your chicken dry if to remove any excess moisture.   This is the key to nice crispy skin.

Coat with Everyday Herb and place in the oven for about 40 minutes and check the intermal temperature.   If you are using a smaller piece of chicken check the temp after 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven when it hits 155 degrees and let rest for 5 minutes.  I like to use a temperature probe during the cook instead of having to open the oven to check temperature.
