This is a really nice rib recipe from @dadbodque. It shows that you don't always need a full on bbq sauce to finish ribs really well. He was kind enough to share it with us and his followers and we just had to share it here. Weekend BBQ makes for a perfect base for a honey butter finish. Having the foil for this long insures a juicy, fall-off-the-bone kind of rib.
- Rub down with Weekend BBQ and grill at 250* for about 3 hours.
- Wrap in honey and butter at the three hour mark and put them back on for about 2-2.5 hours.
- Pull them from the wrap and put them back on the grill for about 30 minutes. No sauce required.
* If possible, setup you grill or smoker in an indirect setup.
