Weekend BBQ is the perfect balance of salt, spice and sweetness. We are using it here on grilled corn. Outstanding.
4 ears of corn still in husks (if not in husks, simply use foil)
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons Weekend BBQ by Outside Table
Partially shuck the corn by pulling the husks back and removing the corn silk, leaving the husks attached. Coat each ear of corn with butter and then dust with Weekend BBQ. Fold the husks back up, and place corn on a hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning once or twice, until done. Serve as a side with any backyard feast!
