Chicken Meatballs with Sunday Sauce

Our good friend over at @wifestyle_cooking wowed us with this amazing meatball recipe featuring none other that our own Sunday Sauce! This recipe makes 16 meatballs, and we're betting your family will request more.


1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
1/4 onion, grated or minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs (or use gluten full crumbs if you prefer)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Everyday Herb by Outside Table
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 tbsp Weekend BBQ by Outside Table
1/2 cup Sunday Sauce by Outside Table for the glaze


Mix all of the meatball ingredients and seasonings together except for the Sunday Sauce.

Roll the meat mixture into meatballs with your hands (about 1 1/2 tbsp of meat for each). Place on non-stick baking sheet. Be sure to leave room between the meatballs.

Bake in a 415 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, toss the meatballs in a large bowl with the Sunday Sauce to coat, place back on the baking sheet, and broil for 3 minutes until caramelized.
