Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
2 tbsp dairy free butter
1 onion, diced
1 cup of celery, chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 cups Flora Rapini
2 cups chicken stock
3/4 cup pinot grigio
1 tsp Friday Fennel by Outside Table
1 tsp Everyday Herb by Outside Table
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup parmesan cheese, I used a dairy free
*cooked Gluten free pasta

Directions

Place a pot over medium heat, add the ground pork and cook until lightly browned.

Add the butter, celery, garlic, onion, Friday Fennel and Everyday Herb by Outside Table. Reduce heat to low and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the wine to deglaze the pan and cook it down for about 5 minutes.

Add chicken stock and parmesan. Turn heat to high and reduce broth by half. Toss in the cooked pasta.

Remove from heat -- dinner is ready. Enjoy!
